    Parties: (i) Edward Bailey of Saint Neots [Huntingdonshire], labourer and Mary, his wife (daughter and devisee in the will of John Adams the elder, late of Little Barford, yeoman, deceased); (ii) Thomas Adams of Little Barford, yeoman (only surviving son and devisee in the will of John Adams); (iii) Henry Tingey of Little Barford, gentleman Reciting: - Mary Bailey and (ii) were seized in fee of (a) under the will of John Adams, deceased Operative Part: - Thomas Adams paid £30 to Edward Bailey; - (iii) paid 10/- to (i); - (i), by direction of (ii), released their half share of (a) to (iii) Property: (a) cottage and close of pasture of 2 acres adjoining in Little Barford in occupation of Thomas Adams bounded: S by (b) called Brook Street Lane; N by new inclosed ground of (iii); E (c); W by turnpike road; formerly owned by Margaret Emmerson, spinster, then Samuel Berrill who conveyed to John Adams, deceased; (b) lately inclosed pasture containing 3 acres bounded: E and S by newly inclosed ground in occupation of Richard Saunders; part W by old inclosed ground of (iii); part W by (a); N partly by (a) and partly by a new close of Henry Tingey; (c) Brook Street Lane leading from the turnpike road to (b) bounded: S by inclosed ground of Henry Tingey; N by (a) and allotted to Thomas Adams and Mary Bailey at inclosure of Little Barford in compensation for common rights Habendum: - to (iii) to te use of Thomas Adams for ever Covenant: - by (i) to levy a fine sur cognizance de droit come ceo etc to (iii) [AN29/30] Mary Bailey signed by mark Witnesses: - Thomas Small; - E Billett
