    Parties: (i) Joseph South of New Broad Street, London, esquire; (ii) Henry Tingey of Little Barford, gentleman; (iii) John Waller of Saint Neots [Huntingdonshire], gentleman Reciting: - AN28/11; - AN28/12; - deed poll of a £500 further advance endorsed on AN28/12 [not indorsed on the copy in this collection]; - default in payment making Humphrey South’s interest in the estate in Gloucestershire, Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire absolute for remainder of a term of 1,000 years; - death of Humphrey South on 19 July 1715 and his will of 4 April 1715 [AN28/14]; - deed poll of Sontly South of 22 June 1743 reciting the premises became vested in Humphrey South junior, father of Sontly South, a decree in Chancery of 22 June 1706 [AN28/13] foreclosing on Oliver Ayshcombe and will of Humphrey South junior [AN28/18] vesting the premises in John and Joseph South; - death of John South on 27 November 1762 after his will of 27 April 1743 appointing Joseph executor and residuary legatee; - Joseph South had had possession of the properties in Bedfordshire, Huntingdonshire and Gloucestershire for 60 years or more “by which length of possession it is apprehended the legal representatives of Sir Oliver Ayshcombe are absolutely barred and precluded from any equity of redemption”; Operative Part: - (ii) paid £1,351/17/6 to (i); - (iii) paid 5/- to (i); - (i) assigned (a)-(c) to (iii) at nomination of (ii) Property: (a) Manor of Little Barford; (b) farm in Little Barford and Eynesbury [Huntingdonshire]; (c) two cottages in Little Barford and Eynesbury Habendum: - to (iii) for remainder of the term of 1,000 years in trust for (ii) Witnesses: - George Bristow of Merchant Taylor’s Hall, London; - Thomas Row, clerk to George Bristow
