Parties:
(i) Joseph South of New Broad Street, London, esquire;
(ii) Henry Tingey of Little Barford, gentleman
Reciting:
- mortgage of 8 July 1697 of £2,000 lent to Sir Oliver Ayshcombe by Humphrey South [AN28/11];
- deed poll of Oliver Ayshcombe indorsed on AN28/11 borrowing a further £500;
- after other wills and conveyances the estate was now vested in (i) as legal representative of Humphrey South after 60 years possession and upwards by Humphrey South

(a) Manor of Little Barford;
(b) farm in Little Barford and Eynesbury [Huntingdonshire] formerly in the occupation of Samuel Berry at rent of £62 per annum;
