    Parties: (i) William Farrer of Cold Brayfield [Buckinghamshire], esquire; (ii) Elizabeth Browne of Harpenden [Hertfordshire], widow; (iii) John Lee of Saint George, Hanover Square [Middlesex] and Mary, his wife; (iv) Sir George Lee of Saint James within the Liberty, Westminster [Middlesex], privy councillor; (v) Frances Saint John of Saint James within the Liberty, Westminster, spinster Reciting: - AN29/1 - the marriage took place; - death of Thomas Browne the father and death of John Browne without issue; death of Samuel Browne on 26 January 1716 [1717] leaving a son Thomas and his wife pregnant with a daughter Mary; - death of Thomas, son of Samuel Browne on 21 March 1721 as an infant when Thomas Browne, third son of Thomas Browne the father, became entitled to the rectories, tithes and advowsons not limited in jointure to Mary Browne the mother and became entitled to the reversion of her jointure f he survived her; - Mary Browne the daughter became 21 on 21 April 1738 becoming entitled to her portion of £3,000; - death of Isaac Ewer so the term of 200 years became vested in Francis Saint John; - AN29/2; - report of master in Chancery of 18 July 1740 as recited in AN29/3; - master taxed costs of Mary Browne the daughter, Francis Saint John and Oliver Saint John as recited in AN29/3; - AN29/3; - the £1,806/8/7¾ paid by Denis Farrer was the money of Thomas Browne; - Mary Browne the daughter married John Lee; - death of Thomas Browne in July 1749 after making his will and devising the premises in his possession to Mary Lee and bequeathing the residue of his personal estate to (ii) whom he appointed sole executrix and she soon after proved the will and became entitled to the £1,806/8/7¾ and annual 5% interest and Mary Lee became entitle to the estate in mortgage subject to the jointure of her mother; - John Lee had paid to (ii) several times the sum of £600 but the principal plus interest of £993/11/4 remained outstanding making a total of £2,800; - Denis Farrer had lately died after making his will appointing (i) executor who proved it in PCC and took remainder of legal term of 200 years in the mortgage; - John Lee, in right of Mary, his wife, was entitled for his life to all the estate of Mary Browne the mother, expectant on her death; - (v), at request of (iii), had agreed to pay to (ii) £2,800 and to John Lee £600 Operative Part: - (v) paid £2,800 to (ii) and £600 to John Lee; - (v) paid 5/- to (i); - (i), by direction of (ii) and (iii) assigned (a)-(ad) to (v) Habendum: - to (v) for the residue of 200 years Proviso: - for equity of redemption - interest 3½% Operative Part: - (iv) paid 5/- to (i) by request of (ii) and (iii); - (i) assigned (ae)-(ah) above to (iv) Habendum: - to (iv) for residue of the term of 200 years in trust for (iii) Witnesses: - Thomas Bishop; - Joseph Bishop; - Thomas Middleton; - Walter Gibbons; - George Wright; - Francis Pullen
