... 3 perches land (lately separated from an orchard belonging to a messuage formerly of Thomas Sam and now of William Clayton), lying next the ground late of William Beaumont, gentleman west, the highway south., and the said orchard northeast.; and a barn thereon built (conveyed by the said Thomas Sam to the said John Ashby senior); and 4 acres dispersed in the Fields of Sundon.
