... Devises to son-in-law John Otgher, his 2 freehold farms in Upper and Lower Sundon [no details]. And to granddaughters Katherine, Elizabeth and Sarah, his manors, messuages and lands [no details] at Codicote, Marston Moretaine, Milbrook, Lidlington and Newport Pagnell (county Buckinghamshire), and the reversion of the 2 farms in Sundon; subject to dower of wife Elizabeth; and in case of death of all granddaughters, to wife Elizabeth, and after her decease to son-in-law John Otgher (Bequests to: said granddaughters, Mrs Katherine Langenmantell and her daughter Mrs Alice Langenmantell, Mr "Justus" Otgher, Abraham Otgher, John Wheatley senior and junior, and Mrs Southam (mistress of the boarding school where his two eldest granddaughters lodge)).
