Also a cottage in Sundon, formerly in occupation of Matthew Deacon and now of Thomas Peck; and a pightle (½ acre); (purchased of George Law). A cottage formerly in occupation of Widow Watts and now of George Scrivener, with 1 rood of land adjoining, the land formerly of Richard Langley and now of Sir John Riddell, baronet, on west, and the cottages formerly of Thomas Waller and now of Sir John Riddell on east, abutting south on land late in occupation of Matthew Watts, and north on the king's highway; (purchased from John Robinson).
