Scope and Content
Leaves his messuage cottage or tenement and garden in Pertenhall and all other real estate to his wife Mary for and during the term of her natural life. After her death it is to pass to his two sons, William and Jauncey. The part occupied by William to pass to him and the part occupied by John and Mary to pass to Jauncey. [According to the Pertenhall parish register transcription Jauncey is listed as Johnsy (baptism 1789) and Johnsee (marriage 1812)]
All goods and chattels to pass to Mary for her benefit and to be at her sole disposal. Mary to be appointed as sole Executrix.
