    Parties: (i) Joseph Sibley of Saint Neots [Huntingdonshire], victualler and Penelope, his wife; (ii) John Howard of eaton Ford, tripeman Operative Part: - (i) enfeoffed (a) to (ii) for £19 Property: (a) dwelling house in Eaton Ford in occupation of (i), being the W end of a cottage which Edward Hunter lately purchased from Thomas Baxter and “fastened thereto” with a slipe of ground on S side, lying between and fastened to the other part of the cottage and another slipe of ground remaining with Edward Hunter on E and gateway and yard of Thomas Baxter W abutting N on common street, S on ground of (i) “that lies three foot in breath from the cottage” of Thomas Baxter in occupation of Sarah Clarke Habendum: - to (ii) for ever held from the chief lord of the fee and yearly rent of 3d Joseph and Penelope Sibley both signed by mark Witnesses to seizing: - Thomas Cobb; - Thomas Berkeley
