... Devises to grandchild Richard Roe, the little house near John Robinson's, with 4½ acres land viz: ½ acre abutting on John King's,
½ acre in the Dane abutting on John King's, 1 acre in Titlie abutting on Abraham Sander's land, 1 rood on Jillians Piece next the baulk,
1½ acres abutting on A.B's headland in Downe Hill, 1 rood shooting on Henry Baker's, and ½ acre in Long Rye Croft, [?in Sundon]. Also to Jane and Sarah Roe, the house in which Matthew Mastin lives at Toddington. To Mary an acre in Short Rye Croft [in Sundon]. To Lewis Roe, 1 acre on Marsum Hill, abutting on Abraham Sander's headland. And to daughter Hannah, the part of a house in Toddington in which George Passan dwells, with half the yard and barn. (Monetary bequests to Ann and Sarah Tomelin, daughter Abigail Waddum, and Elizabeth Waddum).
