... Devises to son Henry, 3¼ acres abutting on Mill Path Way, 1 acre in Holt Field adjoining to land of Mr Harrison, and 1 acre abutting on the way that goes to Matthew Lane, adjoining to the land of Edward Lane north, in Sundon; if the son releases to the executrix Martha Baker (wife of Henry Baker senior) £20 out of £40 which he bound himself to pay his son for advancement in marriage. And to wife Martha, his house and the remainder of his lands for life; and then to son Robert Baker, in trust for payment of legacies to daughters Martha and Sarah Baker.
Witnesses: Daniel Hobbs, Richard Sherley and William Herbert .
