Reciting:
- will of John Williamson of Letchworth [Hertfordshire], great grandfather of (i) and conveyances made pursuant to it [see AN41/3], meaning (i) was seized of an estate in tail for lands in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire and stocks of money
Operative Part:
- to bar and defeat every estate tail of (i) in the above hereditaments (i) granted all estates under the will of John Williamson to (ii);
- to defeat estate tail of (i) in all stocks and monies (i) granted them to (ii)
