    i ) Amelia Foster of Biddenham, widow of John Foster late of Brickhill House, Bedford, esquire ii ) Flora Foster of Biddenham, spinster, one of the children of above iii ) Reverend William Alfred Dawson of Clapham, cleric iv ) Arthur Fitz-John Foster of Biddenham, esquire Reverend Edward Henry Dawson of Clapham, cleric recites : Lease and Release (Marriage Settlement) 21 and 22 June 1803 ( i ) John Foster ( ii ) said Amelia , then Morgan, spinster ( iii ) Richard Morgan, gentleman John Plummer,esquire - messuage and farm called Brickhill in St Peters, Bedford and 160 acres 24 poles to ( ii ) after death of ( i ) remainder to issue as ( i ) should appoint. Recites: will of John Foster dated 22 January 1829 by which John Frederick Foster, John Plummer and William Wilson esquires to have valuation made of moveables and crop in plantation in Jamaica and devised to them moiety of estate called the Bogue in Jamaica and negroes belonging to the same and their issue, for 500 years in trust to pay from profits to Arthur Fitz-John Foster £400 per annum and out of surplus to raise amount of said vaulation and further £10,000 and from these sums to pay any deficiency between English estates and legacies and invest residue in stocks and securities in trust for children and testator (except said Arthur) whereas: testator by codicil revoked powers given above an directed that term of 500 years, should vest in John Frederick Foster, William Morrice merchant and William Ridgard gentleman whereas: John Foster died 30 June 1831; will proved PCC; ii ) has attained 21 years; valuation made as directed = £1,900.19.4; debts of testator exceed £8,000 but cannot be yet defined, nor can residue of estate; marriage intended between ii) and iii) now: ii ) with consent of i ) and iii ) conveys to iv ) - share expectant on decease of i ) in Brickhill Farm now occupied Thomas L Goleborne esquire and John Pressland on trusts ...
