    Parties: (i) John Wright of Stotfold, flaxman and Arabella, his wife, only daughter of George Hailey of Arlesey, yeoman; (ii) George Hailey; William Rayner of Hitchin [Hertfordshire], gentleman Reciting: - late marriage between John Wright and Arabella Hailey; - John Wright had received a competent sum of money as Arabella’s marriage portion Operative Part: - as a jointure for Arabella if she survived him John Wright covenanted with (ii) that (a) (bought with Arabella’s marriage portion) should stand to uses as follows: - to the use of (i) for their lives ad that of the longer lived; - remainder to heirs of John Wright begotten on the body of Arabella Wright; - remainder to the use of the heirs of John Wright for ever Property: (a) cottage and pightle of pasture converted into an orchard containing half an acre in Green End, Stotfold formerly in the occupation of Thomas Albone, deceased George Hailey signed by mark Witnesses: - John Price; - R Rayner; - Grace Turner
