Parties:
(i) William Titford of Perry [Huntingdonshire] yeoman (son and heir of Richard Titford, late of Willington, yeoman, deceased) and Sarah, wife of Richard Titford (William and Sarah Titford being executors of Richard Titford); Elizabeth Wye, widow of John Wye, late of Great Barford, gentleman;
(ii) Thomas Wye of Great Barford, gentleman (son and heir of John Wye);
(iii) Joseph Wye of Haynes, gentleman
Reciting:
- AN17/1;
- John Wye was dead and Elizabeth, his wife, and children Joseph, Richard, Mary and Elizabeth were living;
- AN17/2-3;
- further advance of 23 July 1796 endorsed on AN17/3;
- Richard Titford was dead and, in his will, appointed William and Sarah Titford as his executors
Operative Part:
- (iii) paid £150 [sic?] to Richard and Sarah Titford and 5/- to Elizabeth Wye and (ii);
- Richard and Sarah Titford, by consent of Elizabeth Wye and (ii) released and Elizabeth Wye and (ii) released and confirmed (a)-(d) to (iii)

(a) capital messuage with appurtenances in Great Barford in occupation of John Wye with adjoining pightle;
(b) close of pasture called Peasewell Close of 5 acres;
(c) 63 acres of arable;
(d) 8½ acres of meadow

- for equity of redemption to (ii) with interest at 5%, sum for payment on being noted as £147 of 16 September 1708
