- John Garthorne was heir at law in right of his wife Elizabeth, heir at law of her sister Beatrix Ridges, deceased was entitled to remaining half share of property in AN15/23

- to (ii) in trust for Elizabeth Gathorne, notwithstanding her coverture, to convey and assure the estates in the fine, remainder to the use of (i) and the longer lived
