    Parties: (i) John Garthorne of Felsted [Essex], clerk and Elizabeth, his wife; (ii) George Burton of Saint Andrew’s, Holborn [Middlesex], esquire and Philip Burton of Lincoln’s Inn [Middlesex], gentleman Reciting: - AN15/23; - AN15/24; - John Garthorne was heir at law in right of his wife Elizabeth, heir at law of her sister Beatrix Ridges, deceased was entitled to remaining half share of property in AN15/23 Operative Part: - (i) covenanted to levy a fine sur cognizance de droit come ceo etc to (ii) of moiety of (a)-(e) and sixth part of (f)-(i) Property: (a) 7 acres of meadow in West Mead (b) 10 acres of arable in Mill Field (c) 10 cares of meadow (d) cottage (e) Cookoe Wood All in Great Barford and Renhold (f) Manor of Creakers with manor house and buildings (g) Conygree Close of 6 acres; (h) cottage (i) part of a close called Westend Pightle Habendum: - to (ii) in trust for Elizabeth Gathorne, notwithstanding her coverture, to convey and assure the estates in the fine, remainder to the use of (i) and the longer lived WItnesses: - R A Whitfeld; - John Brown
