    Parties: (i) William Gibbs of Saint Neots [Huntingdonshire], clerk; (ii) William Huckle of Great Barford, maltster and John Sudbury of Great Barford, yeoman; (iii) John Pennington of Bedford, gentleman Reciting: - AN15/8; - AN15/10; - William Huckle had lately [AN15/11-12] sold the mortgaged property to John Sudbury who, out of the purchase money , by direction of William Huckle, paid £94/10/- to (i) and it was agreed to assign the residue of the term of years to (iii) in trust for John Sudbury Operative Part: - John Sudbury paid £94/10/- to (i); - (iii) paid 5/- to (i); - (i) by direction of William Huckle, assigned to (iii), by nomination of John Sudbury, all interest in the unexpired term of 1,000 years Habendum: - to (iii) to hold (a)-(ad) in AN15/12 for the residue of the unexpired term of 1,000 years in trust for John Sudbury Witnesses: - Edmund Ward junior; - Edmund Ward; - Grac[e] Bull; - Samuel Luke
