A messuage in Silsoe with acre adjoining, formerly the inheritance of George Breadsell alias Collier of Silsoe deceased, from whom it descended to John Breadsell alias Collier, who together with Charles Cutts conveyed the same to Simon Urlin, the said messuage being late in the tenure of one Edward Amps and then of Jacob Hill and Thomas Burrows; a cottage in Silsoe formerly in the occupation of John Hale and then of Thomas Allen, adjoining the George Inn north, and a cottage late in the occupation of John Stepping south, and a close in Silsoe of 9 acres called Beechwood close.
