to brother Francis Williams all debts due at testator's decease
to trustees mentioned above £1,000 to pay interest for life to brother Francis Williams and to wife, and on death of survivor to divide interest between their surviving children
to niece Ann Williams, daughter of brother John Williams, now residing with testator £1,500
trustees to purchase government annuity of £10 per annum for testator's brother Benjamin Williams
