    to brother William Williams £4,000 to brother William Williams and to nephews William Williams of Guildford and James John Williams of Worcester, grocer (two of the sons of my brother John Williams) £4,000 in trust to pay interest to testator's brother James Williams, and after his death to wife Ann Williams and on death of survivor to divide capital among surviving children to brother Francis Williams all debts due at testator's decease to trustees mentioned above £1,000 to pay interest for life to brother Francis Williams and to wife, and on death of survivor to divide interest between their surviving children to niece Ann Williams, daughter of brother John Williams, now residing with testator £1,500 trustees to purchase government annuity of £10 per annum for testator's brother Benjamin Williams to nephew Thomas Farmer, son of late sister Ann Farmer £500 trustees to hold £500 on trust to pay income to niece Ann Turner, daughter of sister Ann Farmer for life, then to children freehold cottage in North Street, Guildford and now occupied by Mrs Evershed to use of brother John Williams for ever to nephew James John Williams £4,000, part of debt of £6,000 due to testator from firm of Williams Edgecombe and Williams (of which firm James John Williams is a member), and residue of debt to testator's brother William Williams and nephew William Williams on trust for testator's brother, John Williams, for life, and wife if she survives him, and then to John Williams (a son of John Williams) to have £1,000, £200 each to each of daughters of John Williams, except said daughter Ann and residue to nephew James John Williams to nephew William Williams half part in firm Williams and Filmer, ironmongers in Guildford, charged with payment of £1,000 to nephew Charles Williams, brother of said William Williams, and also £200 to each of sisters of Charles Williams, except his said sister Ann, in addition to previous legacies residue to trustees to hold on trust for all nephews and nieces testator's half of messuage or tenements, foundry, workshops and premises, in which business of firm of Williams and Filmer carried on be offered to nephew William Williams made 13 Jun 1845 codicil being legacy £100 to servant Elizabeth Hartwell 30 Sep 1845
