furniture and household effects to Barnard Dimmock, Wootton, for his own use cottage at south end of Hudson Row, Marston Shelton, now in occupation of William Hudson, to said Barnard Dimmock for his own use during the life of Caroline Jeffs Berry real and personal estate not otherwise disposed of, including as from the death of Caroline Jeffs Berry, the cottage hereinbefore devised to Barnard Dimmock and his (Gillett's) son, William Gillett, on trust to sell etc., and pay funeral expenses, debts etc. and to stand seized of the residue in trust for W Gillett B Dimmock and W Gillett executors
