The contracts for the Leicestershire and Westminster purchases will stipulate for transfers in the 3% consols giving Lady Lucas the receipt of the next dividend due in July be naming the 1st of August for the day of transfer. The collector of taxes for St. James Westminster has not yet received his instructions for the collection of the remaining instalment of the increased assessed taxes.
