John Dowdy, Isaac Aspley and James White were sentenced to transportation for 7 years. All the others were sentenced to imprisonment with hard labour, except for Samuel Chalkley, Joseph Hill, Robert Meina and Sarah Tinsley who were acquitted, and Thomas Cooper who was discharged without trial.
