Mary Ann married Nathaniel Vincent Herbert). To Thomas Powers of Biggleswade (trustee T J Hooper). Messuage or dwellinghouse (lower part used as a shop), High Street, Biggleswade and now in occupation of Thomas Powers. And Double Corn Shop, now in occupation of Mountfort Docwra over shop and warehouse, forming rear part of premises in occupation of Thomas Powers. And messuage, tenement or dovehouse (part used as a shop) in High Street and Market Place in Biggleswade with coach house and stable (late in occupation of Mrs Ann Taylor but now of Thomas Powers). And two corn shops in rear of and adjoining above, (now in occupation of Mountfort Docwra being over the coachhouse and stable forming the rear part of the premises in occupation of Mrs Ann Taylor).
