    to sister Mary Paine Atterbury, widow, copyhold estate at Cranfield and all her other real estate to half brothers William Paine Berrill and John Berrill, £350 each residue to M P Atterbury who is also appointed executrix will dated 8 Aug 1859 Codicil to Susan[na] Paine Claridge, Elizabeth Dell, Sarah Ann Berrill and Margaret Berrill, daughters of half brother William Berrill, £100 each to Henry Thomas Atterbury, Harold Freeman, Mary Elkins and Sarah Atterbury, the 4 children of late Henry Thomas Atterbury of Woburn, 5 guineas each codicil dated 16 Apr 1860 with further codicil to Mary Ann, daughter of above Elizabeth Dell (who has since died) £100 to Eliza, daughter of Susan Paine Claridge, £100 to Margaret Berrill, share in Aspley Gas Works codicil dated 5 Jan 1872 with further codicil brother John Berrill appointed executor of will, and all freehold and copyhold estates devised to him and to Mary Paine Atterbury. If M P Atterbury pre-decease her, all real and copyhold estate etc. devised to 2 brothers William and John Berrill, as tenants in common. Residue also to brothers codicil dated 30 Jan 1873 with further codicil Mary Paine Atterbury and William Berrill are both dead. all real and copyhold estate devised to brother John Berrill. also to brother, ½ residue of personal estate remaining half - ¼ to niece Susan[na] Paine Wing - ¼ to Mary Ann Dell - ¼ to niece Sarah Ann Mead - ¼ to niece Margaret Berrill codicil dated 18 Apr 1876 probate granted (Principal Probate Registry) 27 July 1876 sworn at under £8,000
