On the left the turning for Windmill Street can be seen and a sign for the 'Luton Cooperative Society Ltd' on a roof above the turning. On the right, on the corner of Havelock Road, a sign for 'The Hightown Spirit Stores. Foreign Wines. Genuine Spirits' can be seen above the shop doorway.
