Cannot find in Prerogative Office the will of John Swindall between 1746 and 1768, or John Olney 1730-1732, so presume they were proved in some other court. "The Attorney whose legal knowledge is displayed in the Conveyance dated 6th October 1792 from Henry Arrowsmith to William Palin is Mr Willis"
