W or NW by a new road [Harpur Street] of 50 feet width recently formed out of the close and leading from Offa Street to the rear of almshouses belonging to the Harpur Charity; S or SW by a new road of 20 feet width [Dame Alice Street] formed out of the close leading to the E side of the previously new road;
