Personal estate of John Bull distributed among wife and children. Joyce Bull, guardian of Elizabeth, agreed for these mortgaged premises to be sold, mortgage paid off, and surplus to iv) to purchase freehold lands) i) to iv) ... property of SA814 in trust to sell to buy other lands for William Tompkins and intended wife for life then child(ren) Endorsed: with notes on a Chancery Suit in 1774 in which i) was concerned
