- Scope and ContentStill suffering from strain on the nerve of hand. Have sent your notes for Mr Talbot to Lady Dacre who may have opportunity of conveying it to him. He has been married some months to Mrs Edward Bouverie, Lady Dacre's sister. Am preparing to pay a melancholy visit to my poor Brother Edward, who has lost his second Wife & is left with additional charge of 4 infants. Poor Mrs Grey has been long a great sufferer, & constitution worn out - confined a fortnight ago & at first going on well but sad change last Saturday, since which there was a gradual sinking & she expired Wednesday morning. The infant, a boy, is likely to do well. My heart aches when I think of great loss - & great charge - 13 Children!! Thank God his health is at present good.
