All settled on i) by deed of even date i) William Hillersden, esquire of Elstow ii) William Farrer, esquire of Inner Temple Elizabeth Farrer of Biddenham, spinster, sole surviving daughter of William Farrer iii) John Pockington, esquire of Sturtlow, Buckden William Aspin, esquire of Felmersham i) to iii) ... manor of Elstow etc. as in SA704 but not Eversholt and other parishes mentioned there. Except property in Elstow held by i) in mortgage, once estate of Shem Hanwell, attorney On trust to i) for life, then to Elizabeth Farrer as jointure - rent charge of £600 per annum witnesses: Richard Reddall; Robert Southam; William Bartlett
