Note: The bye-laws received here are mostly certified copies printed for distribution rather than the sealed original. The dates given are usually the date passed by the council, the date sealed by the council, the date confirmed by the secretary of state and/or the date the bye-law came into force. It is not always clear when bye-laws were repealed or superseded by national legislation and therefore it is not clear whether any of these bye-laws are still in force.
