- Production dateFrom: 1824 To: 1824
- Scope and ContentIs a great culprit - has not intentionally neglected her. Received a letter from Julia [Grant] from Rome. She was going with her party to Naples to pass this month there, to return to Rome to see wonders left unseen & in Spring to be again in England. But plans so expanded, should not be surprised to receive letter from Constantinople. From Donantoni she speaks enthusiastically of surrounding scenery she can scarecely think she is in the same world so long inhabited & of Rome & progress thither, in equal raptures. Genoa she quitted with regret.
