Bequests:
- to me during my life and from and after my decease for all or such one or more of my children or their issue as I should by any deed or by my Will appoint, the rents and profits from the messuage, buildings and farm at Mettingham, now occupied by me or undertenants
- to John Playford Grimmer, son, Edith Maria Grimmer, daughter, and Gertrude Elizabeth Grimmer, the said messuage, buildings and farm in trust in equal shares as tenants in common
- to Maria Grimmer, wife, my household furniture, books, pictures, plate, linen, china and other of my household effects (exclusive of dairy and brewing utensils) and all such monies as may be payable under any policies on my life, for her own and absolute use
- to the Executors, farming stock, crops, dariy and brewing utensils plus the sum of £109 and all my other monies and other personal estate not hereinbefore specifically bequeathed, upon trust to pay thereout debts and expenses
- to Maria Grimmer, wife, £300
- to Edith Maria Grimmer, daughter, £40
- to Gertrude Elizabeth Grimmer, daughter, £40
- to John Playford Grimmer, son, £69
