Reciting that by indentures of Bargain and Sale of even date made by ii) to i), Elizabeth Retchford has settled various lands in Northill, Sandy, Langford and Biggleswade to various uses, and has agreed that i) shall hold her rights of dower in premises late of Nicholas Retchford late of Biggleswade, her late husband
