    Reciting Z442/103, Z442/104, Z442/106, Z442/107, and Z442/108 a) Death of Thomas Sheppard intestate and burial at Offley, leaving Richard Sheppard of Little Offley his only son and heir at law, who obtained letters of administration over his father's effects on 11 May 1793 17 Jan 1793 b) Contract for redemption of land tax on messuage and 36 acres at Pulloxhill; 16 Nov 1798 c) Will of Richard Sheppard, Little Offley, gentleman - to wife Mary all freehold property until son Richard shall attain ages 21; then (inter alia) to wife for life ... messuage, tenement or farm house with land, wood, tithes and appurtenances in Pulloxhill, in tenure of John Thompson on wife's death to son Richard Sheppard for ever. Made 12 April 1793; proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury 30 Sep 1803 d) Indenture between: i) Richard Sheppard and wife Elizabeth ii) Leonard Hampson, Luton, esquire reciting that Richard Sheppard had granted two annuities of £150 and £50 to John Hill on trust for Elizabeth Sheppard by way of settlement issuing out of lands in Offley, Kingswalden and Lilley, this jointure being in lieu of dower, and that fines were to be levied e) Covenant to levy a fine on (inter alia) ... messuage or farmhouse in Pulloxhill in tenure of John Thompson, and 70 acres land in Pulloxhill, and also tithes. 12 Jun 1811 f) Final Concord.
