    Israel Wheaton by his Will of 15 December 1780 devised his cottage in Stevington in occupation of Samuel Rose and close pasture adjoining, in occupation of son-in-law John Tysoe, to son William Wheaton for life and then to grandson James Tysoe, he paying £50 to granddaughter Martha within 6 months. Heriot payable on death of William Wheaton £3 and a composition for a pig.
