However said Mary Clare died intestate and without issue, so one moiety descended to William Cranfield, eldest son of Mary Cranfield, who was one of the daughters of Thomas Morris, eldest son of Thomas Morris the testator, and other moiety to Thomas Watford, eldest son of Elizabeth Watford, the other daughter of Thomas Morris Heriot - blank.
