Mary Dally, widow, by will of 19 July 1746 demised all copyhold lands to Robert Thomas and Israel Wheaton, during life of daughter, and then grandson John Allen, son of said daughter, with remainder to heirs of body of daughter Alice Allen, with remainder to her grandchildren John Savill and Mary, wife of said Robert Thomas Robert Thomas and Israel Wheaton admitted on 28 October and 11 November 1756 to: - 25 acres arable and sward in fields of Stevington. John and Alice Allen are dead and so is John Savill (leaving son John Savill and daughter Mary Thomas) who are now admitted.
