    by a mortgage of 18 Mar 1841 a) i), ii) and iii) b) William Coyte Freeland in consideration of £4500 lent at 4½% interest to a) by b) a) covenants with b) to pay him - interest due on mortgage of £10,000 - 2 x 1/3 shares of ii) and iii) in reversion expectant on decease of i) said £4,500 was paid - £1500 to i) - £1000 to iii) - £2000 to ii) is agreed that i) pay all interest due, which interest is charged on interest due on said £10,000 said sum of £4500 to be raised out of shares of ii) and iii) in said £10,000 (i.e. upon £6666..13s..4d). Residue shall wholly belong to iii), £166..13s..4d being paid to iii) by ii) i) will purchase Policy of Assurance on his life dated 23 March 1837 and assign it to ii) Bond to be made by i) to secure repayment of £2000 lent by ii) being his share of said £4500, an interest of 5%, to Messrs Grant of London Declaration of Trust to be made - £52..15s..9d (annual premium on said policy) to be paid to ii). Residue of said interest to i) Subject to above, said sum of £2000 to be held in trust for ii) now i) agrees with ii) and iii) - will pay interest of said £4500 out of interest on said £10,000 - said principal sums to be paid for 2 x 1/3 shares of ii) and iii) in £10,000 after decease of i).
