    By a settlement of 2 March 1839 i) is entitled during joint lives of himself and father, to an annuity charged on the Manors of Great and Little Odell, and Manor House and lands in Odell by mortgage of 28 October 1839 said £300 annuity confirmed to ii) to secure £300 lent to i) and interest of 5% per annum. Also secured upon above property and upon an assurance policy on the life of i) now in consideration of £700 lent to i) by iii) of which £300 is paid to ii) to redeem loan ii) transfers to iii) - said £300 secured by mortgage - said policy of assurance remaining £400 lent by iii) to i) also secured by further policy of assurance signatures of all endorsed receipts witnesses: George I Graham, Mate, RN, Mannheim, G L Baker, J R Roberts, Mannheim. 1 Aug 1841 also endorsed with; memorandum i) has died. Assurance policies paid to George Leeke Baker, in accordance with an assignment of 17 June 1844
