    i) has agreed to sell to ii) for £850 an annuity of £96..1s to be paid to them during his life. Such annuity to be secured by a Judgement to be confessed by i) in an Action at the suit of ii) for £1,700 and also by the assignment of the annual proceeds due to i) in respect of Trust monies Various actions have been taken towards obtaining such a Judgement Annuity to be repurchasable for £850 Now i) grants to ii) - said annuity - dividends on remainder of Trust monies to hold subject to mortgage debts of £3,000, £2,500 and £500 (in consequence of death of Joseph Badeley in September 1837, vested in William Coyte Freeland) and £1200 Signatures of all Endorsed receipt Witnesses: Charles Baker, Ramsay Richard Reinagle junior. 2 Jan 1840 Also endorsed with repurchase of annuity. 8 Mar 1841.
