and newly erected building adjoining messuage now used as a school room (upon scite of which building formerly stood several cottages heretofore in occupation of William Carter, John Mole, John Sheffield and Thomas Chamberlain, widow Tingey and William Pepper)
and close of land at the back of the messuage (1 acre)
(the whole site was late in occupation of Willder Daniel and now of John Lancaster
