    Recites that when John Collison died he was indebted to Hindley in two separate sums of £200 each upon 2 promissory notes of 2 June 1794 and 20 April 1797 a) ½ acre of land inclosed with the leasehold land described below abutting: N. highway from Ippollitts Brook to Ippollitts church S. leasehold land described below b) 2 acres inclosed arable land lying in Gosmore Field adjoining to Turf Mead and shooting upon Broad Mead End Common (2 undivided 1/3rd parts of which freehold lands, before described and leasehold land after described were left to 1) by his father, John Collison. The third 1/3rd was purchased by 1) from Robert Collison, surgeon and apothecary c) piece of arable land (7 acres) in Calstan alias Catsden field, Ippollitts and inclosed with freehold ½ acre (described above, see a)) abutting Ippollitts Brook at one end, Ridgeway at the other (held by lease for years and now called Marrowbone Piece) Examined by Francis Pett and R Dinsey, clerks to Eade and Hawkins of Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
