    - to son John Hall: 4 customary copyhold messuages, cottages or tenements and closes of pasture adjoining in Shortmead Street, Biggleswade (now in occupation of Robert Reynolds and Charles Barret) (Property purchased from Marmaduke Cartwright and Caleb Hide) and £150 to be paid him when he is 24 years old. Similar legacy to his son Charles. If one child dies before he is 24 then reversion to any testator's children equally. Nominates son William Hall and William Cartwright the elder as trustees and guardians of son John Hall till he is 24. Nominates Sarah wife of Edward Tingey, sole executrix. Witnesses: Mary Lee, Thomas Drew junior and Thomas Claridge junior. Extract made by Thomas Hornbuckle, deputy registrar of Archdeaconry of Bedford.
