    i) releases to ii) - Pedleys Farm, dovehouse etc. in Clifton - homestall or close pasture adjoining called the Home Close (total 2 acres) - Butts Close (1½ acres) - pieces arable and pasture in common fields of Clifton (122 acres 1 rood 32 perches) --- 11 acres 20 perches Lammas Meadow called Further Green Hill, Rush Mead and Round Mead - 4 acres 24 perches of common meadow ground in Clifton called the Hurlefer, Stanford Holme, Dan Acre and Brook Mead - 127 acres 28 perches open field arable in common fields of Clifton --- 30 acres 20 perches in Shefford Field --- 12 acres 2 roods in How Field --- 33 acres 3 roods 17 perches in Hitchin Field --- 10 acres 1 rood 21 perches in Little Field --- 20 acres 1 rood 10 perches in East Field all formerly in occupation of Sarah Lyles and now of ii) - cottage and close pasture adjoining in Clifton formerly in occupation of Sarah Dear late of Mary Conquest, widow deceased, and now of Daniel Tompkins (1 acre 2 roods 20 perches) - other cottage, garden, orchard etc. in Clifton, in occupation of Thomas Neal, adjoining above and with it forming one building all above were formerly the estate of Richard Astley and afterwards of William Yates deceased - piece meadow or sweard called the Droves (2 acres) in Clifton in occupation of i), formerly estate of Sir Samuel Ongley, knight deceased - pieces, land ground (1 acre 3 roods 32 perches) in common fields of Clifton --- In Upper Rylands Furlong ----- 1 land (1 rood 25 perches) lying N. and S. ----- 1 land more (1 rood 17 perches) N. land hereby granted S.
