to pay yearly interest to his (testator's) sister, [Sarah] Innocent, for life,
After her death interest on £3000 to be paid to her daughter [Ann] Wetheril, for life. After her death in trust for her children, as she shall decide. Otherwise to be equally divided between them. To sons at 21, daughters at 21 or marriage. If no children then said £3000 is to become part of his personal estate
also after death of Innocent the remaining £1000 3% Bank annuities shall be transferred to Innocent's maiden daughter, who now lives with her for that daughter's own use and benefit
