    Reciting deed of 1 August 1747 a) George, Viscount Torrington, and Elizabeth, Viscountess Torrington (parents of i)) b) Sir Danvers Osborne, Chicksands, baronet, William Daniel in order to make provision for his younger children, said Viscount Torrington granted to b) - various freehold messuages, lands etc. term - 500 years on various trusts to raise £5000 for all the younger children of a) The late Viscount Torrington died on 7 April 1750 leaving a widow, and 2 sons, i) and ii) Sir Danvers Osborne is dead Portion of ii) is still due to him Reciting bargain and sale of 29 January 1762 and Recovery suffered in Hilary Term, 2 George III, by which i) is become seised in fee simple of said manors, messuages etc. subject only to said sum of £5000 the portion of ii), and the interest thereof NOW in consideration of £8000 to i) paid by iv), and to secure the repayment of said £8000 to iv) and the said £5000 to ii) i) demises to iv) - said manors, messuages, lands etc. demised to iv) for remainder of said term of 500 years as in deed of 1 August 1747 Signatures(copy) of i), ii), iii) Receipt Witnesses (copy signatures): Edward Dickinson, Carey Street, Morris Robinson, Six Clerks Office With memorandum that £7100 and all interest was paid to James Harris when he assigned the 2 terms of 1000 years and 500 years in the estate at Clifton by deed of 26 February 1770, to Francis Buxton, gentleman, a trustee for Richard Astley, esquire, the purchaser of the Clifton estate from Lord Torrington and the trustees of his marriage settlement. £900 and interest remains due on said mortgage from 6 January 1770
