Consideration - £70 (part of total purchase money of £140) paid to John Mouse, Burr Street, London, distiller, by ii) by the order and for the debt of John Mathews, and full payment of all principal and interest due to said John mouse on a mortgage which he has agreed to assign to trustees for the benefit of ii) and his heirs
also in consideration of further sum of £20 (other part of said £140) paid by ii) to William Hanscombe of Pulloxhill, yeoman, in full payment of all principal and interest due on a mortgage which is also to be assigned to trustees for the benefit of ii)
also in consideration of further £50 (residue of said £140) paid to John Mathews by ii)
also in consideration of 5s paid to Elizabeth paid by ii)
i) release to ii)
