Also renunciation by William Heath of the executorship, 10 June 1880 On 15 September 1880 the property of W A Keep were put up for sale at auction in 2 lots and lot 1 (hereafter described as property) was not sold proceeds of sale of 6 cottages (lot 2) biught by Robert Wormsley were paid to James Scrogie in full discharge of mortgage debt of £700 reciting also conveyance of 27 September 1880, (endorsed on mortgage of 21 May 1870) between James Scrogie and C T Field by which James Scrogie granted to C T Field all the premises not already granted to Robert Wormesley, to hold to use of C T Field discharged from all principal and interest monies now in consideration of £700 i) in execution of powers given by will of W A Keep conveys, and ii) at request of i) does disclaim and release, to iii) - 2 messuages in Shortmead Street, Biggleswade, formerly in occupation of Joshua Malden and his daughter Elizabeth Burton but now of Emanuel Exworthy and E J Smith together with yard, barns and other buildings adjoining - piece of land belonging now in occupation of Emanuel Exworthy partly behind the adjoining premises of Montagu Docwra (1 rood 36 perches) E.(part) said 6 cottages (lot 2) belonging to Robert Wormesley E.(part) public footpath leading through Chapel Fields N.(part) Montagu Docwra N.(part) John Edwin Watts N.(part) William Larkins N.(part) Lot 2 W.(part Shortmead Street W.(part) Montagu Docwra S.
