Reciting: Lease i) Charles Titus Field ii) Emanuel Exworthy i) demises to ii) - dwelling house, shop, outbuildings and premises etc. lately occupied by W A Keep deceased, situated in Shortmead Street term -3 years from 24 June 1880 rent - £40 per annum various covenants 28 Aug 1880 also i) James Scrogie ii) C T Field reciting will of W A Keep, his death, the renunciation of W Heath, and proof thereof by ii) reciting conveyance of 25 September 1880 between a) James Scrogie, b) C T Field, c) Robert Wormsley of Biggleswade, by which in consideration of £700 paid by c) to a) a portion of the within written premises, abutting on the public footpath through Chapel Fields, and 6 cottages erected thereon were granted to c). Also b) had requested that a) reconvey to him the rents of the said property 1880
